Some Frequently Asked Questions

I decided to cobble together a quick list of questions that people have asked to help make the visit painless for you. If I didn't answer something, please email me at [email protected] so I can help you.

Q: What file format do you use?
A: I use .ai when I design, however, all files are .eps v10 in the downloads for the website. It's easier for compatibility. If you need a different format just let me know and I will send it to you through email.

Q: You don't have what I need, how can we change that?
A: Email me and I will probably create it and list it for you. There are thousands and thousands of images to vectorize, so I probably don't have what you need. Just let me know and I will click away until it's ready.

Q: Are you going to provide bundles?
A: Yes, as I start filling up categories, I will offer like-type vectors to be sold as a bundle instead of individual.

Q: Where do I get my files after I order?
A: You can go to your account and check "My Downloads". Under this new website you will have access to everything you buy. Previously you received a link to download your file. I want to make sure you have access to what you buy so I made the switch in our platform.

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: I only use Paypal for now. You can use your credit/debit card with Paypal for checkout. It's a third-party solution so I don't have to worry about your financial safety.

Q: Can I send you a check or cash?
A: Frankly, it's just easier not accepting those payment methods. You probably need your file right now anyways and not 2 weeks from now when it clears.

Q: Do you ship a physical product?
A: No. If you want a physical product then email me and we can see what we can work out, but in our digital world, email is so much faster.

Q: I see the free shipping option in the checkout, why?
A: It's the only way to enable a full checkout. Please select it and ignore the actual word shipping.

Q: Can I work for you?
A: No. I am not looking to expand. I appreciate the question but I don't want to get involved in that kind of arrangement.

Q: I do the same thing. Can I sell my stuff here?
A: Maybe. I am looking at expanding this to allow other designers to sell there stuff on a commission basis. If there is enough interest I will look at bringing this to the site. It has to worth my time because that's a big jump.
